"they never return your phone call, the agent is never in the office and they can not answer the most basic question about insurance coverage"
"Hello Mr. Kaufman. I am very sorry you feel this way. My office tried to answer your question, as it is set forth per our policy guidelines; We are unable to provide anyone with another policyholder's documentation or copy of policy. I am very sorry this request was denied; however, we must remain compliant with all policy guidelines. I, actually, had only one message to return your phone call, in which I did, and was unable to reach anyone at that time. I am in my office every day of the week, unless I am in meetings or scheduled client appts out of office. I will be happy to try to reach you again; If you could so kindly verify the correct phone number, since I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. Thank you- Jana Buckley."
